This policy explains what personal information I collect when you use this website or get in touch, how I use it and your rights. Last updated: November 2026.
Who I am
This website is run by Loren Killeen, trading as Cotswolds Yoga with Loren. I am the data controller for the personal information described here.

What I collect
When you send an enquiry, I receive the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the type of event, preferred date and time, venue or postcode, number of guests and any message or extras you choose.
When you message, email or call me directly (including by WhatsApp), I receive whatever you choose to share, plus your contact details.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. I do not use analytics or advertising tools to track you.
How I use it
I use your information to:
- reply to your enquiry and provide a quote
- arrange, deliver and follow up on any session you book, including taking a deposit and payment
- keep basic records needed for my business and tax obligations
I do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Lawful basis
- Responding to enquiries and arranging bookings: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
- Business and tax records: complying with legal obligations.
- Running and securing the website: my legitimate interests in operating a safe, working website.
Who I share it with
I only share your information with services that help me run the business:
- Web3Forms, which delivers enquiry form submissions to my email inbox.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it from misuse.
- Google, which provides the fonts used on this site. Your browser fetches these from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address.
- My email provider, and WhatsApp if you contact me that way.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
Links to other websites (for example Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google reviews or the LO•KI Yoga online membership) take you to services with their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
- Booking and payment records: up to 6 years, to meet tax requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, email [email protected]. I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please contact me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
